The Gun Show Process

• Review the Gun Show Schedule on the volunteer's web site.
  
• Volunteer to be lead volunteer for a particular gun show
  by contacting Dave at rkba@sonic.net
  and John at joliver@john-oliver.net.
• If there already is a lead volunteer listed on the schedule,
  contact them to provide help at that gun show.

• Follow the steps outlined in the "Access" link in the "TABLE"
  column of the Gun Show Schedule.
• In most cases this will include contacting the promoter to claim a table.
• Tables are either free or have already been purchased, so there is no charge.
• Let John Oliver know when this has been done.

• Recruit other volunteers to assist at the gun show.
• Verify availability of materials.

• Arrange for volunteers to be present at the gun show
  consistent with the access instructions.

• At the show, recruit other volunteers by passing out flyers.
• During the signature gathering period, get people to sign
  and provide them with petition forms and instruction sheets
  so that they too can gather signatures.
